Repair (if needed) – Replace rotted wood, reframe openings, add blocking.

Any type – Single hung, double hung, casement, slider, awning, hopper, bay, bow, arched, round, custom shapes.

Flashing & sealing – Proper flashing tape (Z‑flashing at head), caulk, low‑expansion foam.

Insulation – Fiberglass or spray foam around the frame. No drafts.

Trim – New interior trim or reuse existing. Exterior trim and caulk.

Glass options – Dual pane, triple pane, Low‑E coating, argon gas, tempered, or laminated.

Screens – New insect screens included (standard mesh).
