Do you work with my budget?
Yes. We provide a fixed price quote before we start — no hidden fees, no change orders. You'll know the exact cost upfront.

A full turnkey home takes 6–8 months. Bathroom remodels take 10–14 days. ADUs take 4–5 months. We give you a clear timeline before breaking ground.
Do I need to be on-site during construction?
No. We send weekly photo and video updates. One point of contact handles everything — permits, inspections, materials, and crew. You just approve decisions from your phone.
We turn empty lots into homes. And outdated houses into spaces you'll actually love.
