About HouseTuneUp
Do you work with my budget?
Yes. We provide a fixed price quote before we start — no hidden fees, no change orders. You'll know the exact cost upfront.
How long does a typical project take?
A full turnkey home takes 6–8 months. Bathroom remodels take 10–14 days. ADUs take 4–5 months. We give you a clear timeline before breaking ground.
Do I need to be on-site during construction?
No. We send weekly photo and video updates. One point of contact handles everything — permits, inspections, materials, and crew. You just approve decisions from your phone.
We turn empty lots into homes. And outdated houses into spaces you'll actually love.
Based in Los Angeles, HouseTurnUp handles the entire construction process — from site prep and foundation to framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, finishes, and final walkthrough.
No subcontractor chaos. No surprise costs.
